Returns and Refunds


  • Our returns and refunds policy is 30 days.
  • To be eligible for a return, you must contact us and return items within 30 days.  Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.  If there is any fault with the product, we would, of course, pay for your return with a pre-paid label.

  • Otherwise, to complete your return, just email or use our contact form and we will send return details, no questions asked.



Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund (usually within 2-3 working days).  Your refund will be automatically applied to your  original method of payment.  We are unable to offer any alternative forms of refund. 


If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account/card/Paypal again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us via or via our contact form.


Unless an item is faulty or delivered in error by us, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
